Welcome!To Page Three This is our way of remembering our special fur-friends after they have crossed what many of us know of as, The Rainbow Bridge. The picture on the left signifies the crossing, and how happy we are for them that they are in a wonderful, pain-free, perpetually young place, despite the fact that we miss their special, and unique companionship. Come look through the gate on page 3 with us to remember these, the special animals of our lives. Sanford; March 20th, 1996 - June 29th, 2009 Hattiemae will never forget the playful gleam in his eye when he led her on merry chases at lunchtime, rather than come in quietly from sunning. A boy who loved life, & his family, to the fullest! Samuel; April 1st, 1991 - October 11th, 2001 The pesky, lovable, tuxedo cat who walked keyboards during chats & was Gwen's beloved friend & confidante! Sasha; May 31st, 1997 - March 13th, 2006 Naylz' special girl went to the car show with, Jazmyn and promoted her breed. She loved her mom and sister, standing in the pool, and romping in the snow! Satin; April, 1983 - January 10th, 1998. The other of the pair of 1st cats to bring happiness to Hattiemae! Scamp; November 27th, 2001 - April 17th, 2002. In the short time that he was with Clspires and her family, he enriched their lives many times over! Schatzi; April 14th, 1991 - March 16th, 1997. Rottenrot's Rottweiler companion, and also fearless protector! Shaleyv; March, 1985 - October, 2000. The well loved calico cat of Miracle2B for 15 1/2 years! Shelby; April 4th, 1992 - February 6th, 2002. Comfort hound who did well when she tried her paw in the ring, & protector-friend; she decided for Gwen that shelties were for her! Shooe; June, 1985 - July 5th, 2001. 16 years of deep, mutual, love between a rescued dog and Santolina and her family! Sierra; July 4th, 1998 - October 1st, 2003. Bringer of extraordinary love and happiness to Naylz, after traveling all the way from Texas, to Michigan, to be with her! Skoshe; December 15th, 1990 - October 17th, 2005. Skoshe demonstrated just how strong the will to live can be, even when the body is weak. He was with, Hattiemae for only 6 short months, but he was such a huge presence that the good memories are as many as if he'd been in the family for much longer! Smokey; June 1st, 1993 - August 14th, 2009. Smokey entered Hattiemae's life as a tiny fluff of pizza-loving grey fur. He saw her through many life changes during their 16 special years together. Smokey Bear Wandel; March, 1990 - April, 2003. Carol's 1st loving granddog, but mostly the best friend, and protector, of his person, Bob! They had many pleasant days on the beach, and in the surf, together! Snickerdoodle; July 15th, 1985 - November 30th, 2001. Gwen's special little clown, and other 1/2 of her calico "bookends!" Starr; January 2nd, 2003 - July 8th, 2003. A special bird, inside and out. Her colors were beautiful, her spirit was sweet, and she and Terry were both blessed by their time together! Stinger; February 11th, 1987 - May 8th, 2005. Rottenrot's beloved golden chestnut Quarter Horse was a wonderful companion, and a real clown! Syd; October, 1988 - September, 2004 Finding Laura when he was 8, the gentle, noble soul, with the happy, funny disposition who was her rollerblading companion, and snuggler, was the inspiration for her Schnauzer rescue group! Tase (Kumhere Koko Koffee DemiTase); October 31st, 1995 - August 22, 2009. Tase was Kario's little healer. She was also known for standing under the shower curtain, brussel sprout eating, aquarium raiding, suppertime dancing, and bringing joy & laughter into Kario's life! Tess; 1996 - April, 2003. Paten's well loved 'smart little cookie', she was a pretty girl! Tinkerbelle; March 30, 1979 - March 31, 2005. A tiny cat who slept with, Paten's dd, Kate when she was a child, Tink was special & saw much. She lived in a house, apt., and on a ranch; flew in a plane; was afraid of no dog; was top cat; loved kittens, and never bothered pet birds or rodents! Trane; August, 1992 - June 14th, 2002. A first baby for Hattiemae's brother and his wife; and cat who was a good soul! Truman; February 7th, 1999 - August 20th, 2004. A dog who made his mom, Santolina, very proud of his progress after he was adopted from the animal shelter, and a cat protector extraordinaire! Walter; ? - April 10th, 2005. MomOfMop's dear, sweet boy. A bundle of love, all animals and people, especially the grandchildren, made him happy, as he made them happy, as well! Wicket; March, 1985 - August, 2001. Shaleyv's sister who brought 16 years of joy to Jeanne, mother of Gwen! Wolfie; July 12th, 2000 - July 7th, 2008. His battle with cancer was fought with dignity and the determination to live life to the fullest. It may have won over his body but his soul is unconquerable. Hattiemae learned that Wolfie was a rare dog with a sweet, trusting, patient personality underscored with an incredibly strong will!    |
